Gillian uses STOTT pilates method to help clients achieve increased core and overall strength, longer leaner muscles, improved flexibility, mobility and posture. Pilates also can reduce suffering caused by common physical ailments such as back pain.

 

The STOTT pilates method - based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates - can be of benefit to everyone from novice exercisers to accomplished athletes. Pilates can be customised to suit all levels of fitness and age or for those with an existing injury.

This summer enjoy all thebenefits of pilates in the gorgeous outdoor setting of Herbert Park, Donnybrook.

8 week course commences June 14th

Beginners Class - Tuesdays @6.15

Intermediate Class - Tuesdays @7.15

Clients to bring own mats. All other equipment supplied
