PRIVATE TRAINING
From the privacy of your own home, receive 1 to 1 fitness
training with Gillian. After an initial consultation that
includes a physical analysis and which establishes your current
fitness levels and goals, Gillian will design a workout plan
that works around your life; that will meet your goals and
provide you with the motivation to stick to your plan. Designed
to be progressive and challenging, your plan will take you
through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you
are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible and agile.
Gillian knows that personal training is not just about having
someone with you when you work out, that it is about having
someone to guide you through your entire program of health and
fitness development - which includes your physical training,
your diet and your lifestyle - to ensure you reach a much higher
level of fitness.

Sessions are sold in packages of 10 and each session is 1 hour
in duration
