Upon graduating from UCD, Gillian moved to California where she
discovered a passion for exercise and healthy living. Returning
to Ireland and embarking on a career in PR, she maintained her
interest in this healthier approach to life and found herself
continually motivating and advising friends and colleagues on fitness and diet. Realising that this was in fact becoming more
of a vocation than merely an interest, Gillian left the
corporate world behind and qualified as a Personal Trainer and
has since trained dozens of men and women to achieve a higher
level of fitness.
Gillian believes that all clients are unique and as such have
particular goals - whether fat loss, muscle gain or tone, stress
management or simply an increase in fitness levels and other
factors such as age, injuries and time available to work out.
With this in mind, Gillian incorporates a mix of training
disciplines & methods - cardiovascular training, resistance
training and pilates - and matches those to the clients needs so
that they are assured of reaching the highest level of fitness
and body confidence.
Gillian holds the National qualification in Exercise, Health
Studies and Personal Training, is CrossFit certified and is also certified in STOTT
